1987 - 1996

On 14th April 1987, CA T.Subramaniam (now known as Arul Maniam) started his profession at Udumalpet after completing CA Final at first attempt.

As a fresh Chartered Accountant with agricultural background, being a first-generation entrant into professional practice, he managed to learn more and more from every assignment he was offered with. He is naturally endowed with the skills of systemising the knowledge into practical processes. With that skill, he could transform individuals (literate or otherwise) into business-savvy entrepreneurs. Many a start-up have grown into full fledged business organisations under his guidance.

His mentorship association with a poultry trader has created a multi-segment corporate enterprise and the poultry accounting systems, software processes and broiler contract farming models are his brainchildren/contribution to the entity which are now adopted across the poultry industry.

In 1996, in order to meet the growing demand due to expanded clientele and works, the practice was converted into partnership with the introduction of Mr.R.Senthil Rajagopal. His mentorship with down to earth training has shaped not only the clients but also the staff, students and partners.

1997 - 2006

The firm adopts a policy of easy entry and exit for co-professionals and always been offering them a position of trust and independence. While the firm thanks with gratitude the professionals who entered into the firm and exited for their support and contributions, the firm offers scope for natural growth by active participation by its policy of grow with the firm.

The firm having undergone reorganisation in 2004, the name was changed to TS Maniam & Associates.

In the year 2005 we opened branches in Coimbatore and Tiruppur to extend our services to meet the growing demands of our clients.

2007 - 2016

During this timeline, the firm has undergone further reconstitutions with the addition and resignation of partners.

The Tiruppur branch was closed during this period.

2017 - 2025

During this timeline, the firm has undergone further reconstitutions with the addition and resignation of partners.

The firm has the heritage of training freshers into independent professionals besides growing by itself, proving the strength of the core promoters.

Presently the Audit firm is rendering services with 4 Chartered Accountants as partners and 1 Chartered Accountant in employment with the head office at Udumalpet operating under the leadership of CA Arul Maniam and the branch office at Coimbatore operating under the leadership of CA R.Udhayakumar. Pollachi branch was recently launched in 2025 under the leadership of CA Gokul Prasaad.
